MARKETING STRATEGY — HubWeek started as an annual Festival to bring together the brightest minds in Boston. 2019 was the first time the organization offered year-round programming and products. I led the marketing effort — a full brand overhaul, website launch, email strategy, and digital campaigns — plus direction of the Festival’s on-site look and feel. The results:

BRAND LAUNCH — In early 2020, we launched an umbrella brand to sit over the HubWeek Festival, allowing the organization to evolve both in mission and go-to-market strategy. I was instrumental in orchestrating the brand naming and logo design, mission and vision setting, and full rollout across all channels. And then, in a pivot to virtual to stay relevant and growing. The results:

GROWTH & EMAIL MARKETING — At ezCater my focus was simple: grow the business. I helped the startup achieve its goals by:
Initiating a newsletter redesign that increase the click rate on key actions by 165%.
Building and executing marketing plans for major product launches that, in one case, increased audience usage by 24%.
Leading a cross-functional effort to launch 60 email campaigns, 20 pieces of collateral, 15 webpages, 5 webinars, and 3 products.

IdeaPaint
DESIGN & CREATIVE — IdeaPaint’s story and visual identity were rebuilt from the ground up. As a team we launched a new website, built the company’s first digital marketing campaigns, and overhauled email strategy. The brand’s in-house designer, I gave our packaging a fresh look and feel and helped inform our event presence and aesthetic. We:
